Apollo Junction - 'On The Ropes' Single Review

Leeds Indie band, Apollo Junction are back with their first single of 2021 - 'On The Ropes'.

Following on from the success of their debut album 'Mystery', this new track retains the rock feel they achieve so well, but with more of a futuristic sound.

'On The Ropes' is an epic, explosive anthem with powerful synths, strong drums and big vocals. The use of the multiple backing voices makes the whole listening experience quite theatrical, I felt like I was immersed in the song completely and I couldn't help but dance and sing along. This song is big enough to be a definite favourite when played live to a big crowd, and I'll be there singing back the "ah-ahs"!

'On The Ropes' will be released on Friday 22nd January.

Declan McKenna Zeros Tour J1, Cambridge Junction - 23rd August 2021 "Cambridge are the OG's... everyone in this room saw me busking in the street 5 years ago." Declan McKenna appreciatively told the sold out crowd on the first night of his Zeros Tour, kicking off in Cambridge last night. My Favourite Memories from Gigs (All of these photos and videos were taken by me and are my own personal videos) With the news that concerts may be returning from 21st of June, I got myself some tickets booked, in the hopes that I may get to do some gig reviews! Greysha - 'Gold Glaze' Single Review

19 year old, Shropshire based singer/songwriter Greysha released 'Gold Glaze' on 20th October. A beautiful and reflective song about looking back at key events in your life. Told from the perspective of growing up it touches on lots of subjects many teenagers will recognise in themselves, not wanting to be in class, rebellious piercings, also however the more serious and poignant subjects of family and looking back at happier times.
